Imperial Hotel terms and conditions as listed below to clear out any ambiguities and by using our website will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions on behalf of all personnel staying at Imperial Hotel:
Imperial Hotel will process full payment from the supplied credit card upon reception of booking
Booking is not confirmed until completion of payment.
Credit card pre-authorisation of up to $50 per night or cash bond of up to $100 per night per night required upon check-in. This is to cover any incidental charges and expenses during guest stays.
You agree that you will pay us the room rate for each night of your stay and any additional charges up until the time you advise us that you have departed from our hotel.
Check-in time is from 2pm. Check-out time is 10am.
At check in you may be required to present photo ID.
Children of up to 10 years old can stay free with adult(s) if using existing bedding.
Imperial Hotel cancellation and refund policy:
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
No shows are responsible for 100% of booking fees.
The cancellation fee is equal to the accommodation fee payable for 1 night of stay
